Happy Weekend Blog Friends!
Today's card is a chile card from New Mexico.....really. Stamp A Mania (SAM) is a New Mexico stamp company, located in beautiful Ruidoso, NM. For those of you who don't live in NM, chili is a staple. In our house, we LOVE our chile. We love both red and green chile, and if you're out at a restaurant ordering chile, don't be surprised if you hear "Christmas please"....which translates into a combination of both red and green chile. Hubby is from North Dakota, and he has become a bonafide chile addict. Whenever we're gone from home for awhile, he always says "I can't wait to get home (Santa Fe, NM) so we can have some real chile!" ;o) I embossed the chile and sentiment with Stamp A Mania embossing powder. Backed the main image with silver card stock, altho it doesn't photograph well, then used turquoise card stock and more black. I'll list supplies at the bottom of this post.
SAM produces the most gorgeous embossing powders. If you haven't tried them...please do, they're the best!
Thanks so much for stopping by today. I'll be back soon. Until next time....
