Mimbreno Round Christmas Ornaments

Happy Sunday Blog Friends!  Gosh, I don;t know where my days are going, but they are flying by.  Today I'm sharing a card made with the beautiful Southwest Ornaments from Stamp A Mania.  The stamps are:  Mimbreno Ornament #1 Lg. SF6581-J, and Mimbreno Ornament #1 Sm. SF6580E.  The stamps I have are on cling mount for easy storange.  They clean up nicely as well.  I used a metallic paper background, strung the ornaments on metallic thread, then punched out three different snowflakes to finish the card.

By the way, Cynthia and Mark from Stamp A Mania will be teaching in Santa Fe, next weekend...Dec 7 & 8, at the Guadalupe Stamp Store.  If any of you are interested in taking a class with them, please call Lee at 982-9862 to sign up and get all the details.  I promise you....it'll be fun!  I'll keep this short today.  Our nice weather is still with us, but I hear that next weekend will be much cooler.  We do need snow, so let's hope it gets here soon!  Stay warm and thank so much for dropping in.

  1. I saw this card long ago and loved it. I even bought the stamps so I could make one like it, but I never did. I'm glad I saw this on Pinterest; hopefully, this is the year I make a similar card. Thank you for sharing it.

  2. Hello again! Thanks for your comment. It's a easy card to make....you'll do great. I'm on the design team for Stamp A Mania. You probably saw my card of their display board at convention. I've made quite a few cards for them to display. They are temporarily close for now, so I'm so glad you got your stamps when you did. I hope they reopen one of these days. The owner of the company, Mark Stansell passed away. Such a wonderful man. And his wife Cynthia, is also a really wonderful person. I'd like to invite you to sign up to "follow me" on my blog. If you'd like to, just type in your email address in the box on the right hand said of the blog that reads "Follow me by Email".... I'd love to hear how you do with your card using the SW ornaments! Hugs, Geri
